"This hotel was perfect for our stay. If you’re used to chain hotels this place is not for you. The building is old, historical, the architecture is beautiful. It’s one block from Bourbon St. all the shopping and dining you need. It’s a perfect location if you don’t mind walking and enjoying the history and architecture. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was perfect for our needs. We were there to explore and not stay in the room. Bed was comfortable and firm. We will definitely stay there again. "

"I loved everything about this hotel; hotel apprearnce, location and the staff were outstanding! My only issue (not complaint) was the drain in the bathroom sink was stained brown and black. Needs to be replaced."
