Affordable & Quiet Living in New Orleans

Getting around is super easy. You can walk to restaurants and stores. Uber/Lyft is cheap and the city bus is a breeze. We have a very spacious apartment with a private bedroom that has a queen size bed. There is NOT a full kitchen (small refrigerator and microwave provided) but don’t fret - you want to enjoy the Nawlins’ food! The apartment is all yours with private entry, private small yard, and off street parking! A washer and dryer is available if needed.

This apartment is perfect for those who want to experience New Orleans residential life. Located minutes from the Superdome, French Quarters, Tulane, Loyola, Garden District and so many great tourist attractions. Know that there are small dogs on property that will never be in your space or yard.

Perfect for me!

I came to New Orleans to attend my daughter's baby shower. She lives just two blocks away from this adorable property, so I really lucked out in regard to location, but also, due to the utmost comfort and sanctuary I felt in Kim's immaculate, cozy duplex apartment. Kim was the best host in the world! Always accessible and easy to talk to, and she answered any questions clearly and completely. I feel so lucky to have found this property and will book here for all future travel to New Orleans, as long as my daughter continues to reside where she currently is.

Great Place

This is a nice, clean and convenient place to stay in New Orleans. Off street parking is a +. The check in and out process was seamless. The price was great. Convenient to all downtown, garden district, the French Quarter and Uptown.

Great Stay!

Kim was a wonderful host and we were lucky to have found her! The "in-law quaters" of her home was private, beautiful, and comfortable for the 3 of us and our pup! Close to Magazine Street and the French Quarters! We enjoyed our stay.

Charming, comfortable place in Broadmoor

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s beautifully decorated home. She was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. The place was comfortable and conveniently located in the city. Would certainly stay there again next time we’re in Nola.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the classic beauty of the home. The front porch is so nice for people watching and so close to many attractions. Communication was superb and we were even upgraded without asking to a larger space. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

Lovely apartment

The owner is very caring and communicative. The apartment was stocked with all of the basic necessities (linens, dishes, coffee) and thoughtful additions, like nightlights. Great stay.

Beautiful home and convenient location

The house was large with beautiful wooden floors. The neighbourhood was reasonably quiet. There was parking available on site. The house provided a great home base for our trip.

Lovely place! Host upgraded us to the upstairs of the house with 2 bedrooms and it was absolutely perfect. Also worked with me when my dates changed! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in New Orleans!

Broadmoor Weekend Getaway

Kim is awesome. She has a very clean place and was ready to help any time that we asked. This place is five minutes away from nearly anything. And there were plenty of great Mid City spots to discover that were right around the corner from us. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Kim is the best!

Great location just a $10.00 Uber or Lyft to the French Quarter. Quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. Kim is the best! Great communication and very accommodating. She gives you wonderful ideas for places to dine and visit. Highly recommend if you are visiting NOLA. Bonus dog friendly.❤️ I travel a lot with my two small dogs.

Best place to stay in NOLA!

Everything was lovely. The house is beautiful and very clean. Close to local places, like Zoney Mash Brewery, Broadstreet Cider, and a great place to pick up seafood for take out called Cajun Seafood. Close enough to the quarter that a quick hop on the bus or a Lyft will get you where you want to be. Miss Kim was the best hostess ever, and we just loved being able to be her guests. This is my absolute go to the next time I am in NOLA.

Cozy little gem

My hubby and our 2 adult sons enjoyed our stay here so much. This property is adorable. Parking is on site but off the street, super clean inside and out, very quiet, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Uber for 4 to the French Quarter was $30 round trip. Kim is a very gracious host. I would recommend this little gem to anyone!

Perfect spot for a perfect stay!

This property was clean, spacious and in a great and safe location. Easy for Uber pick ups and right around the corner from the bus stop for easy, cheap public transportation. Our hostess Kimberly was great! Super friendly and she has all sorts of amazing recommendations for anything and everything New Orleans! I wish we had more time there. This will be the first property I check for availability next time we are back! Thank you Kimberly!

Very nice house 3 bedrooms enough for 5-6. Recommend having a dinning table for 6 in 2nd room and a toaster oven. Maybe just basics like salt, pepper, powdered creamer or even instant coffee.....

Home Away From Home

My family and I have really enjoyed our stay here in New Orleans thanks to Kim. The location was great and minutes away from everything. The privacy and seclusion made me and my family feel very safe and secure. She has a very pleasant spirit and warm heart. She made sure that every need we had was met and then some and the cleanliness really aided with my slight case of OCD lol. If we are every back in New Orleans we will definitely stay with Kim again. Quick NO trip

This property exceeded our expectations. We were only in New Orleans for 2 nights but this was the perfect home-base. We were literally only 15 minutes from all the history, charm and activities that NO has to offer. Our host graciously ugraded us to a 3 bedroom that was spacious, clean, and.... perfect for us. The beds were super comfy, showers had plenty of hot water, and we could park on site. Which was great. A definite recommend! Already planning when we can come back and stay longer.

First trip to NOLA

This was our first trip to NOLA. We were definitely “rookies”.Our host Kim was so helpful and kind. She answered so many questions for us and gave us some useful tips. She was flexible with check in and check out times and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.Loved all the plants btw.Location made it easy to get to many different places quickly and with ease. We felt safe staying there as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay with Kim was amazing!

The property is very nice and accommodating. Kim was so very sweet and helpful. The apartment is close enough to everything that you don’t miss out but far enough to get some peace and quiet. Everything was so clean and Kim provided us with the necessities like towels, soap to wash the dishes we used and even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday! She allowed me to bring my dogs and that was a HUGE plus for me. I will definitely recommend Kim’s place to friends and family and would love to stay with her in the future. Thank you Kim for opening up your place to us and giving us the best experience!

Amazing host - Did NOT price gouge during Taylor Swift

Taylor swift concert tickets were sold over a year in advance. Got my tickets August 2023 for her concert in October 2024. As soon as I got my tickets I immediately went to find a place to stay and already many places were price gouging for the dates of the concert and the affordable places were disappearing fast. I booked this place at the normal rate. Kim thanked me for the reservation and asked the occasion. I was scared to say why we were coming because I’ve heard horror stories of hosts canceling and upping the price so I gave a generic response and didn’t specify coming for the concert. I worried up until the day we arrived that our stay would be canceled but no such thing happened so thank you Kim for not being like other hosts! The place was nice, plenty of room for me and my 2 daughters. We parked (off street and free) and Ubered to the concert. This isn’t in a touristy neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. Would stay again.
