"Wonderful location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Home was clean and beautifully decorated in a true New Orleans vibe. We spent many hours out on the deck enjoying the NOLA weather. Kitchen was very well stocked and all passwords worked well for Wi-Fi. Hosts Michael and Marcia was very responsive to any questions and were available for any issues. We will definitely be back!"

"Can’t say enough about this place. It was fabulous bigger than expected. Super clean and tidy the host lives on site saw her twice was friendly, but not impeding on our time. The location was fabulous. We took the street car into Bourbon Street so we didn’t have to pay for downtown. Parking bed was super comfortable was nice to have a kitchen so we could make breakfast each day. "A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible....

"Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly."

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass...

"We stayed here during Tulane's graduation festivities. The home was comfortable and well supplied. One block from Magazine Street which was a bonus. Our host was friendly and helpful."

"The studio was nice and clean, and the A/C worked extremely well, which is key in New Orleans. The area is improving but not the greatest. Being near the streetcar is really nice though and there are a lot of walkable places nearby."

"The unit has a unique layout. Enter the kitchen then to the bedroom. Unit is advertised - washer/dryer/TV/etc. I was pleased with the access and security. Decent neighborhood near Oshner Babtist Hospital and a short walk(5 blocks) to a grocery store - Rouse's on Freret. Management are very responsive and helpful if needed. I had an issue with the entrance code midway through my stay and they responded within less than an hour. Turned out I had pressed the wrong button - oops. Coffee is a Keurig."

"I like older places that have been redone and this place was wonderful! Located close to the quarter so you can walk if you want but the street car is just one street over. Property was great for 2 but would be comfortable for 4 adults. We're already thinking of another trip with this property in mind!"

"My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location."

"The property was great for what I needed it to be. It turned out to be centrally located to the places I wanted to attend. The host was phenomenal. We arrived early and was able to get right in the house without any issues. If we ever in New Orleans again I would definitely come back if available."
