"Good spot for a short stay in London. Loved the neighborhood and it was surprisingly quiet at night."

"We needed a wheelchair accessible room, and the one provided was well designed for my 88-year-old mother. She was so comfortable in the room; it was clean. The amenities included a stove, fridge, microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, etc. She loved the bathroom, with all its accessories to help her get around, and the warming towel rack. She likes how nothing was wasted; she likes that electricity is not wasted because of the design of the room. She slept well and claims she felt right at home."

"The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited sparkling and still water is available on every floor. Staff were very helpful, polite, and responsive. Drawbacks are the restaurant on site is sushi only but there are a lot of restaurants in the area and closest station is an overground so no direct connection to the tube."

"It was convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were very nice. Room was ok, just an older building."

"Great spot. Clean room. Sinks were all stuck. No toothpaste or extra soap in rooms at all."

"A room door that sticks to shut and squeaks very loudly to open. Walls that are dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother to make the bed, let alone change the sheets. Water pools in one end of the shower. Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

"The room was completely serviceable but the amount of black mould in the pool/spa area was a terrible surprise that cast suspicion on the remainder of the facilities."

"Excellent hotel if you like cheap and cosy, breakfast was also ok. But rooms were very little, we chose them for the price and being in a fun area for a night out. Staff extremely nice and polite."

"Quando prenotate il bagno privato tenete in considerazione che voi potreste essere al terzo piano e il bagno al primo con la necessità di fare due rampe di scale per utilizzarlo. Bagno segnalato come privato e il cartello per segnalarlo è comparso soltanto il giorno che siamo partiti. Bagno privato senza nessuna chiave e rispondono che non sono responsabili se qualcun altro lo utilizza senza permesso."

"It was a very pleasant stay the location of the hotel is great the hotel itself it great the front desk staff was really kind and I truly appreciate it that thank you I like that is 24h front desk too. I will definitely stay here again."

"Room was generally clean. Very small. Couldn’t see the whole telly from the bed! Very quiet which led to a good nights sleep, except for the continual running water from the toilet overflow. I reported it on the first evening but when I left 2 days later no attempt had been made to fix it. And noting noise but also not great for sustainability! A lot of water being used for no reason. I would stay again at the price I paid"

"The suite was perfect for short stay and had everything we needed, was also really close to the underground and victoria park. Whenever we had any questions Mariah would answer almost right away."

"The room was clean however the shared areas (hallways etc) were slightly shabby and would benefit from a little paint. I would say it was a nice area and we loved walking to Angel for supper. It was a great place for what we needed."
