"A pleasant and helpful front desk. A clean and quiet room. A tasty breakfast in the morning. The only issue was an elevator that seemed to be out-of-service for the duration of my stay that had no signage to let guests know it wasn’t working properly. But otherwise a nice stay in an above average Kitchener property. "

"Hotel was nice, good breakfast and attentive staff both cleaning and front of house. Public transport links that take you to Milton GO that takes you into the centre of Toronto. Small gym but really nice swimming pool as well as coffee on offer throughout the day. Rooms are nice and spacious with good bathroom facilities as well. A two star hotel is harsh, I’d say it’s a three star. They do need to invest in a new dryer though."

This hotel is good, and there are no Hindus, everything was great, kindness, service, breakfast, coffee and the woman who works in the kitchen is super friendly and the one who is the maid upstairs is great. Probably every trip to Toronto and around will be in this hotel…"

"Hotel was lovely and our room had been updated, but they should have updated the carpet too. It was old, brown and wrinkled in places. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. "
