The only issue was an elevator that seemed to be out-of-service for the duration of my stay that had no signage to let guests know it wasn’t working properly. But otherwise a nice stay in an above average Kitchener property. "

"Hotel was nice, good breakfast and attentive staff both cleaning and front of house. Public transport links that take you to Milton GO that takes you into the centre of Toronto. Small gym but really nice swimming pool as well as coffee on offer throughout the day. Rooms are nice and spacious with good bathroom facilities as well. A two star hotel is harsh, I’d say it’s a three star. They do need to invest in a new dryer though."
