Upon check-in we were notified our ground floor room didn't have a TV. The Manager immediately upgraded us to a better room, with a TV, and also a better view of the water on the 2nd floor, without us even having to ask. We had a great view of the ferry coming and going.

Updated furniture, comfortable mattresses, clean linens, updated balcony with new chairs. Bathroom tile dated and grout crumbling, wall paint needs refresh, lots of dead mosquitoes around door frames. Nice location and views.

It was a very clean room with nice amenities, a comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Must have missed the fact it didn't have a TV but it wasn't a necessity. A luggage rack or two would've been a nice amenity, too, but overall a great place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Tobermory, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location, quiet, but close to the ferry and restaurants. Very clean and nicely equipped room with a balcony overlooking the bay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable and safe place to spend a couple of nights in Tobermory.

Property was clean, Motel staff was helpful, helped changed the room lamp to help us. Wifi was not working which was major disappointment as we could not use the TV because of that. AC was making lot of noise in the night and switching off and on again and again leading to disturbances.
