The room was in poor condition — old, damaged, and not clean. The shower had very weak water pressure, and the pillows had a bad smell. Overall, the hotel is not properly maintained. It also felt like they were trying to find excuses to charge extra fees, even though the hotel itself is in bad condition. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Refund Request: I am requesting a full refund due to unacceptable conditions and poor service. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter through the booking platform and file a formal complaint. "

"The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are large. We were not in the main building and the temperature in the rooms was cold. I called to ask how to change the temperature and they said the entire building is on the same thermostat. It was definitely too cold. They did send blankets but it would have been nice to have a bit of control with the temperature. "

"We always stay here when we go to Disneyland. They offer breakfast and have a shuttle. The staff is always friendly and parking is easy. The rooms are clean, even though the beds aren't comfortable. They are manageable to use. The only thing I would say is a downside is that it gets a little stuffy. The fan is either too cold or the heater is too hot. There isn't an in-between. Other than that, I'm going to keep coming back."
