"There was a roach in my room when I informed the staff that the room was dirty, the carpet was wet, and there was a roach occupying my room. They showed no surprise or concern. I booked another room at another hotel. I was there for 5 minutes. Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here"

"Very good breakfast with lots of variety. I never went to the pool or gym so I can't comment on those. Nice and close to the park ( although it says it's about 1/2 mile walk. That's to downtown Disney). My only complaint was our AC never quite worked right. Came on every 30 seconds, stayed on for 30 seconds an turned off. Btwn that and being next to the elevator and ice machine, it was not a restful night. I would betray again and ask for 3rd floor room."

"Very nice property close walking distance to Disneyland. I asked for 2 joined rooms but they were not able to accommodate. "

"The bathroom shower was terrible it hardly sprayed and when you turned it to a narrow spray it was too hard to use. Sand was coming out of the faucet when water was turned on which was really strange… I think it was sand… did not bathe because of that. The building was excellent location to Disney, the pool Area was nice and clean. Room was comfortable other than the shower issue. "
