Mark at front desk was welcoming, helpful in instruction about construction and how it effects walking to Mayo, provided info on shuttle, explained we could leave our car for a few hours following checkout to attend Mayo appt. He offered info on complimentary breakfast. Room was quiet, spacious and well designed. There are nice restaurants walkable. Parking was great. "

"I did not like the shower tub. Spray. Head was so high i could barely reach it to move. And the tub was slippery. Water softness a d pressure were great. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast. "
