Was not sure what to expect and ended up happy we choose to stay at the Hilton. The staff , especially the valet and limo service staff was amazing. Location is perfect for staying near any Mayo facility. Plus you are near shopping and restaurants besides having 2 great options in the hotel. If we need to come back we will definitely be staying here again.

Room was spotless- stayed on 18th floor, so had a great dinner in the Executive Lounge. Staff were very welcoming. A bit expensive, but worth it when traveling for appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

Check in staff rubbed me the wrong way. Wasn't very welcoming and didn't provide much information. Didn't tell me the room number, where elevators were or even where to park until i asked. Did not have breakfast there so unsure about the food. Nice area and close to civic center. Good amenities and very clean hotel!!
