"The facilities and room at the Q1 was fantastic. The rooms (2 bedroom apartment) was excellent. Everything was within walking distance and the pools, games area and Long Boards restaurant was great! The only let down was prior to checkin, we were spoken to rudely by a service representative when trying to amend the booking by adding an additional night. Overall, the experience staying at Q1 was fantastic and I would recommend others to stay."

"The sandalwood scent and music as you walk into the lobby was inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated, yet accommodation was good for the price. Room well presented. Location was good and close to local shops and beach. "

"I felt the staff where a bit over worked. They didn’t really excel or bring the magic that a place like sea world should have. The property needs a bit of maintenance. Had some rain over our stay and box gutter was leaking right out our front door of our room. Apart from that it was a good stay. "
