Stayed here 4 nights in May 2024. It was overall a good experience. But the building it almost 20 yr old and showing signs of aging. The gym facilities were original and all rusty. Longboards restaurant is outrageously expensive. It’s $36 p person to go up to the top which is pretty rich considering we are staying at the building.

Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had a wonderful view, and was spacious and clean. Though it could do with a few more cooking implements such as a frying for longer stays. All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities.
