"The Staff and breakfast was good the heat in my room did not work and the jacuzzi was just a warm pool it did not turn on very dissapointing stay"

"Assigned a room and someone was in there so had to be reassigned a different room. And then the card machine was broken so had to wait a long time. "

"Hotel was clean, rooms were large enough, check-in was easy, overall not bad, but hotel is dated "

"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair. The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive. The room doors were quite heavy and would have been challenging for someone with accessibility needs."
