"My first night was the only night I had trouble. The fire alarm was dying and they would not send anyone to come fix it and told me to just unplug it or sleep through it. Plus I could not get into the garage even though the ad said “Free parking”. The rep at the facility saw the ad and screen shot it and sent it to the marketing team. Other than that the place was nice"

"Service was the best I have had at a hotel. Dexter was very friendly, helpful, and definitely hustled. Hotel was nice and an easy walk to local attractions. If you fly in to Seattle, take the light rail to Westlake. Then pick ip the monorail to the space needle. It’s a short walk from there. "
