"AC didn’t work for my 3 night stay. Staff was friendly and nice but the property needs some updating. Price for the stay was reasonable."

"The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite clean. I prefer staying in the rooms with a view overlooking the city or the bay but even the rooms looking over the inner courtyard are comfortable. I always look forward to dropping my baggage when I arrive and heading up to the rooftop to enjoy the view."

"The views from the room were stunning. We had a 10th floor room. Check-in staff in the afternoon were excellent. Now the negatives- very hard to figure out the parking/elevators for check-in. Need a key to access floors as there are no buttons inside the elevators (had to help out some who was trying to find reception). We had a two bedroom with a pull out. The pull out had no linens, so when we call down to reception, they wanted us to go get them, so no staff at night. We were set for going to bed and no one wanted to get dressed again. Our friend just curled up with our extra lines from our beds. Most hotels leave a set in the room. Limited coffee supplies. The Marketplace was vending machines. Not sure I’d stay again."

"If booking at this present time, be aware that there are significant maintenance/updates works needed carried out in and around the reception area. As such, some facilities are affected. It’s a tad disappointing to be confronted by lots of plastic sheeting and tarpaulins when you exit the lift at the Lobby. The staff were great however."

"The Sheraton Grand Seattle was the perfect place to stay while in Seattle. It's close to Nordstrom's and just a short walk from the Pike Place Market and waterfront activities. Having the Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby was perfect. Thank you for a lovely time! "

"This place was wonderful. Great location, buffet breakfast was well done with lots of options and fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries Our room was big with a great view. Bed was comfortable too. Parking was easy and neighborhood was safe. Near Seattle center and the space needle. "

"The room was very clean and provided a very comfortable bed! The only negative is that there were very limited electrical outlets which made it very difficult to charge phones and laptop. The only outlets were already being used by the two lamps, mini refrigerator, and tv. "

"Hotel was nice, just didn’t like the charge for EVERY night for a security deposit. Usually it’s only one time charge, not 4. Other than that everything was great"
