"Although this wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, the room was not the cleanest. There was a wet spot in our carpet upon arriving, the shower/tub had what looked like crusted soap grime at the bottom and the toilet paper roll was half used. Other than the cleanliness, or lack of, I found that the young girl at the front desk was very helpful and had provided great customer service. The breakfast in the morning was such a great amenity as well."
