"Old in heritage and decor. Was welcomed with very friendly staff, instant upgrade. At first glance very nice but the more you look around this place needs a deep cleaning and upgrade in decor. Old shower curtain, stained lamp shades, built up dust behind the bed and main carpets in the halls are stained with dirt. If you can look past that the stay was enjoyable. "

"Great resort and convenient to Garden of the Gods entrance. We arrived late and getting into check in as well as getting to our room was a bit complicated/frustrating but rest of stay was great."

"The property was in the best location. The mountain view was beaitiful. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool was down during our stay due to a mechanical issue and that was one of the reasons we got the hotel which was disappointing. They were offering free cancellations but we had already checked in when we learned of it. All in all, it was a great stay with VERY comfortable beds and very quiet. "

"We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious, rooms comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool! This hotel is in a great location for anything you want to do in Colorado Springs and there is a great view of Pikes Peak from the hot tub! "
