Also, the advertised 'free pick-up' is not included, they use COVID as a reason when asked, but I think they should update the listing to reflect that because honestly it was a selling point for us. "The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends."
