"Overcrowded & noisy, but on the beach, so to be expected. Our shower leaked all over thd bathroom, but they repaied it the same day. The food was plentiful, but rather average."

"This hotel has just reopened as the Westin about a month ago so they’re going through a bit of growing pains as they establish new operations. For example- the kids club was open but there’s no AC so it gets quite hot and they don’t have proper sign in papers yet. I messaged several times ahead of arrival (and upon booking) that we need a crib but they didn’t read the messages and we had to wait a bit after checking in for a crib to be delivered. It’ll be great later this summer but for now...

"I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. The food was excellent, which is helpful, since we have a picky eater and she always found something she liked. "
