"We were so impressed with how clean, neat and nicely decorated our room was. We were busy busy out and about, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked awesome and every time we pulled in or out, there were other guests enjoying it. Any staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area !"

"Beautiful home in the perfect location. A short walk across the driveway to the beach and pool access is perfect with views of the beach from the decks. The owner is great to work with. We had an emergency and we were able to switch weeks without a problem. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beds are all dreamy and so so comfortable. Having a high chair was a great perk and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for hours every day. It was nice the top deck in front is covered because we were able to sit outside the days we had rain. During our stay the hot tub needed to be serviced and one quick message to the owner and the hot tub technician showed up the next morning. We would love to stay at this properly again someday. "

"A property that makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to do exactly as we planned…wake up and go to the beach on repeat. Each bedroom faces the beach which is nice. We fit 7 people very comfortably. The host Susan is very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. She knows what she’s doing. Location was great for adults, older kids wanted more activities but honestly, that’s not what the adults went there for so location to us was perfect. The beach was private and clean. Easy walk to the pier. Shark tooth and shell hunting was fun. It really was the perfect place to feel like a home away from home in a small beach town. If we decide to go back to Topsail, we will definitely look forward to staying at this property again. It can easily be a repeat beach house for tradition. "

"The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so crowded with houses which leaves you with an open space on the beach every day. You are a short (8 to 15 mins) drive to all types of grocery stores, beach shops, and restaurants. Next street over within a short walking distance, you will find Andrews Produce that has fresh produce each day like corn, butter beans, watermelon, and more plus my favorite, boiled peanuts.If you like low country boil, I recommend Topsail Steamer. You bring it back home in the provided bucket and cook it in the bucket using their provided seasoning and instructions. I will definitely be wanting to stay again. Look at the great view of the intercoastal waterway I took one evening from the deck."
