"Close to the ocean great views"

"First time in Emerald Isle, house exceeded expectations!Upon entering, first thing we noticed is that the rooms are larger than the photos and it was exceptionally clean. My requirements are: enough bedrooms for 5 adults, close to beach access (and the lifeguard is two blocks away) and a pool (the ocean was warmer than usual but rough, as usual). Also needs to be in a quiet community and the trees added privacy. And the screened in porch was an added bonus! We could sit outside and listen to the ocean in the evening and not end up bit by mosquitoes. It was within walking distance to an ice cream shop and mini golf and very close a shopping plaza with 2 grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants. If you haven’t been there previously, the visitors center is just a few blocks away has a lot of information, especially on ferries. Cape Lookout lighthouse is under renovation and covered in scaffolding, so it was suggested that we go to Fort Macon and Beaufort instead. We did both and had a great time!"

"This condo was absolutely great! It started with Dave, who was super helpful. The condo was freshly painted with some new furniture. Everything was very nice and well taken care of. No wear and tear. The most impressive thing to me though was the cleanliness. Im a bit picky when it comes to being clean and germs. I usually spend at least an hour wiping down and spraying a condo. No need here! Everything was spotless! Beach view was beautiful, and the walks to the beach and the pool were perfect. The security of the property was a huge plus. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful condo with convenient access to the beach & pool. The beach wasn’t crowded & there were shops & restaurants within a five minute drive. Everything you need at condo & a nice view of the beach from the balcony & bedroom. One small issue the owner took care of quickly. So many shells on the beach & ice cream shops nearby for the kids. Wonderful trip!"

"No problems with the accommodation but the parking had some hiccups. One of my parking keys didn't work and I received a citation for not displaying the parking permit but the parking permit don't fit on newer car mirrors"
