"Awesome stay!"

"Stayed here for an Angels game, and honestly, for the price, it did the job. Check-in was smooth, the staff was super friendly, and the place has definitely been updated. You can tell they’ve put money into making it look nicer. That said, I’m pretty sure they renovated everything except the insulation. You can hear everything. People upstairs walking around sounded like they were rehearsing for Stomp. People in the hallway might as well have been in the room with me. The walls are so thin you start learning way too much about strangers’ sleep schedules. The pool was decent, and overall the stay was good. But the room had a slight mildewy smell, like the kind that makes you wonder if the air conditioner has seen some things. And I have to mention this because it caught me off guard: no free coffee after 9 AM. That feels less like hospitality and more like a personal challenge. Nothing says “good morning” like being cut off from caffeine before the day even gets going. Overall, it was a solid stay for the price, especially if you need a place near Angel Stadium and don’t mind a little unplanned audio entertainment from the rest of the hotel. Friendly staff, fair price, decent pool, updated look. Just bring earplugs, lower your expectations for late morning coffee, and maybe a candle."

"The room had a weird stale smell to it, there was hair on the sheets and towels, the heater had this awful kind of burning smell when turned on, and the toilet didn’t seem to be the cleanest. I will say that it was quiet and there were a couple food places and gas stations within walking distance so that was a plus."

"We have stayed here twice - it’s an excellent location if you need to be near John Wayne Airport. It’s a clean facility - and although on our last stay our assigned room smelled like smoke, the front desk promptly switched us when we let them know, which we appreciated. "

"Clean room, great hot breakfast, nice staff. Parking is really bad at night, especially on weekends. There’s a lot of double parking and cars illegally parked in fire lanes, which could be dangerous in an emergency. Very slow internet. TV reception is very poor. C "
