When we booked it said breakfast was included and once we arrived at the property the receptionist said breakfast was not included despite us showing him that all rooms have breakfast included and that I couldn’t actually make a booking without breakfast however, he wasn’t interested and just said breakfast wouldn’t be included. "Nice young man, I think the son of owners helped me up a narrow staircase with my luggage. The room was a reasonable size for being in the heart of Istanbul, and was nice, had a fridge (with 2 bottles of water) table & chairs and a comfy bed and a good AC. The area is very convenient to the heart of Istanbul, close to Galata tower, Galata port and near the Trams to cross the river to see the Mosques and more in the old town, also close to the ferries to lots of places. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything.
