"Enjoyed my stay here and the spa was incredible. I do wish their jacuzzi packed more punch with the jets but it was incredibly spacious! Their pillows definitely need changing, they were extremely flat so if you have neck problems, bring your own pillow. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!!"

"The hotel and front desk employees were excellent. The surrounding area was not safe, we arrived late at night and we found the area to not be the safest. When we were in the hotel and during the day we did feel safe. We enjoyed the shuttle to the port, that was reasonably priced. "

"Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Appreciate that you need a keycard to utilize the elevators, always a good safety measure. The room was clean and had everything needed. The bed was a bit hard. The food from the restaurants was good but would have liked some sort of food option available after 11pm, even if it was just something simple. Also, it was a mixed bag with valet, at times it was very quick but other times (like after check out) it took about an hour for my car to be retrieved…I was very busy though and those valets were running!! Overall, I had a very nice stay and would stay again! "
