"On the outside this hotel is older, once I entered though my concerns went away. The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The lobby contained a lot of pamphlets in case you haven't visited the peninsula before. The room was your typical older hotel room but clean an well appointed. Breakfast was included in the price and I expected the usual fare. They had cheese omelets, bacon, cereal, cinnamon buns and yogurt, there was more, I just can't remember it all. I will definitely stay here a again and I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone."

"The rooms were reasonably clean. The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The one restaurant pub was under some kind of renovation and there was dust everywhere in it, so we opted not to eat there. They is another restaurant in the hotel, a Chinese restaurant, but we didn't eat there so I can't say either way what it was like. Overall, the price was definitely reasonable and I would feel comfortable recommending it to people. Next time we go to Victoria though, I will probably stay a little closer to downtown."

"Best BnB in the area. Juliette was a fantastic host, prepared us a delicious breakfast, and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She was very knowledgeable about local things to see and do. Would definitely recommend and would return again."

"We had a great stay! It was clean and well appointed and enough room for four of us (family) to feel comfortable. I can appreciate how dry it is so a bbq might be a hazard but I did miss having an option to grill. Overall the location and space met all of our needs and we will return:) maybe when it’s cool enough to warrant a fire (inside)."
