"The girl in the night crew was very helpful, I bought a football ticket from a sketchy site. The ticket was in Tokyo, not Yokohama like I expected. I would have skipped Yokohama if I knew this, but that's my fault. Yokohama has the same snooty, dead on the inside, bougie vibe Tokyo has."

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"The room was good and clean, which was a great surprise since as after making the reservation we read terrible reviews regarding cleanness. The common areas seem a bit neglected and not so clean though. The Kuramae area is nice, the hotel is close to the subway."

"This was a beautiful stay in a lovely ryokan. Service was amazing, the views were beautiful and the traditional Japanese meals a highlight. I only wish I could go back for a longer stay. "

"We had an incredible time, the on sen was lovely, clean and well-kept (there is a schedule for all the guests to block off an hour to use which is plenty of time). The rooms were cute, decorated in traditional Japan aesthetic, adorable kimonos, slippers, tea, and many amenities. You get a nice meal that is waiting in the refrigerator and there is also a restaurant conveniently downstairs( Burger Box, has vegan options!). "the room was very tidy and welcoming. the host was so kind and courteous and made us feel very at home. i wish we could have stayed longer! the lodging is quiet and peaceful. i will definitely return here when i have the chance. thank you for the lovely memories!!! the view of fuji on a clear day is out of this world. "We stayed as a family of 5 and our room was spacious enough for all of us! It’s pretty quiet building! There is laundry which is so convenient! The area is safe and lots of restaurants to choose from. So close to subway station. I definitely recommend this place! The only thing to change is that a towel was ripped, staff should have checked that and replaced. "
