"Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers. "

"I booked a last minute solo room with a private bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent and the restaurant/bar is decent albeit with very little variety. They have amenities/toiletries in the lobby that you can use (free, except for the PJ’s that must be returned). The only draw back is that it’s 10-15 minutes away from the closest train station. "

"Went in May. Bunk was warm but not unbearable, although had no need for the quilt. I found the mattress quite comfortable, and although the compartment was small I was able to move around inside comfortably. Noise does travel easily between adjacent compartments for those easily disturbed. I fear that on one heavy-drinking night I may have been the snoring disturbance, so bear this in mind. "Excellent location in easy reach for Haneda Airport. Nice little room, well laid out with own toilet. Very clean showers. Comfortable beds and good Aircon. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely go there again if taking a flight from Haneda."

"My family and I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful stay. There were some issues with the bathtub in our room and the hotel staff went above and beyond to fix the issue for us. All the staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, beds were comfy and the hotel was clean and accomodating for our family. Best part was Gora station was directly across the road for easy transport to do the Hakone scenic loop. Would recommend this hotel to any traveller. "

"This was a great one night stay for me! Check-in was easy and I was happy to see the staff speaking English. The bed was comfortable and didn’t feel claustrophobic, and the washrooms were well maintained. I also appreciated the locker storage because that made me feel better about keeping my lugggae stored while I went out.
