"Room and property was is in fine and good condition. Only issue I had was just the no hot water situation. "

"My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."

"石垣空港から　与那国へ乗り継ぐ為に１泊しました。空港から路線バスで10分以内210円(2024/3/25) バス停から歩いて5分以内便利バスも1時間に2本程運行されてます。周りのレストランは休業など有り充実してません　美味しい焼き鳥屋さんありました。　ビーチまで歩いて10分以内　長閑です　誰も居ないビーチで　最果て感満喫 部屋は広く　お風呂も改装された綺麗なユニット　お湯貯められます(共同) 流し台調理器具食器も自由に使えます。 冷蔵庫も共有　廊下が狭め　部屋の鏡が低いとか　有りましたが　お値段的に十分満足の行く　お宿でした。"

"管理人（ご主人）さん同居の1棟貸しでのんびりできました。自宅より広ーい。基本広ーい寝室と広ーいリビング・ダイニング・キッチン、寝室横には寝室の2倍のバルコニーです。宮古島大好きなご主人の宮古島を楽しむためのベース基地。リゾートコテージやリゾートホテルではないけれど、宮古島を感じるにはこちらの方がGood。"

"この施設のチェックインは、別のレンタカーショップで 説明・鍵を預かる処でした。部屋に入るといきなり、 トカゲの小さいのと大きめの蜘蛛が出て来たので、持っていたパンフレットでしょうがなく❌。トイレットペーパーでくるんで捨てました。部屋の中は広くて綺麗で良かったのすが、料理した後の流し台がなく、洗面所（大きい）の方に行かないとコップ等洗えず、非常に動線が悪い。 リビングの方は広いので、流し台のスペースも余っています。"

"イマイチな点は、今どき当たり前のウォシュレットがついていなかった事。そして、入室するまでにわからないことが多すぎる。近くにいる人に聞きまくったが結局場所が分からずに困った。 せめて「近くへ着いたら連絡をしてくれ」という説明があれば、戸惑わずに済んだと思う。 "
