"The staff were absolutely incredible. This was a bit of an indulgence and truly was a luxury worth looking forward to. "The Hotel Grandvia Kyoto was a beautiful and convenient spot for our brief stay in Kyoto. The three person room was spacious with wonderful amenities. The breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. "Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). Staff was very helpful, answering a couple of emails before our trip in a very prompt manner, as well as being helpful while we were staying there. They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town....
