"Heaven, at the front desk was excellent! As was the older gentleman (I didn't get his name). Both were very helpful and made our stay better. The food was good, but not as good as when we were there 5 or 6 years ago."

"Building itself harkens back to a 1970s style ski chalet - solid wood framing and hand rails, square shape with central courtyard that has pool and hot-tub. Pool didn't look inviting / clean, hot tub wasn't very "hot" per report from my family members. Front desk staff were quite helpful, room itself quite clean but furnishings were tired / old (hanging rack for clothes, dresser door with dust in the corners). Towels were ok, great to have a decent size frig with a freezer section. Door to the room: tired and needed a good shove to open. Breakfast bar: eggs were artificial (reconsituted from powder base), but there were hard boiled eggs in the frig, plus a waffle bar. Overall very quiet even though pretty close to the highway. Ample parking."

"The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had a problem with the coffee maker and the microwave which were addressed immediately by the management. This property is in the middle of being upgraded/modernized, which is good to see. I have stayed here several years ago, and will stay here in the future."
