Sandy, the front desk lady is nice and helpful especially during our breakfast, she personally offer to help us to make some waffles. The place is safe and other staffs are nice too. Right location when you are going to visit Silver Falls State Park.

The room is fair, stayed for 2 nights, we did not put the "do not disturb" sign because we wanted our room cleaned however when we got back from a family event it was not cleaned. We arrived late because our flight was a late afternoon. It was freezing outside, my husband was shivering I begged if we could get in but staff just played a dumb ear, never opened the door just left us all freezing outside until she was finished checking us in which took forever. I won't go back to this place again, I'd rather drive a little further with good customer service but clos but let you freezing outside- so inconsiderate, I'm sorry.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable. Lobby closes from 10 PM to 7 AM. Unfortunately there was a sprinkler that was broken and it was directed at my car in the morning, but hey- free car wash!

We had some night owl neighbors above us and we didn't get much sleep. I asked for an extension of my check out time and the staff happily agreed. Continental breakfast didn't have much of a selection but the food they did have was good. I felt the price of the room was perfect for what we got. Everything was clean and the staff were super nice.
