"I stayed at this hotel for six days. Overall, the staff were friendly, but I experienced several unusual and disappointing service issues. I was told that housekeeping would be provided daily, but in reality, the room was only cleaned when I specifically requested it. On one occasion, it even seemed as though water had been spilled on the bedding, so I had to return and ask for it to be changed. The service did not feel like what I would expect from a five-star hotel. My laundry was delivered...
