"My stay at Eaton Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues is that the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, but there appears to be little effort to manage the consequences of that policy. Dogs were barking continuously early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. I contacted the front desk to report the noise, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. The barking continued throughout the morning. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the room. During my stay I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point, and raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards. Between the constant noise and the apparent bed bug issue, my stay was far from restful. I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately Eaton Hotel failed to deliver either. I would strongly caution future guests to think carefully before booking here."

"Really impressed with this hotel. Very helpful and efficient reception staff. The hotel is immaculate, our room was great with super views of the mountains. It was cleaned everyday and towels, water etc replenished. The hotels location was amazing too! "

"Great hotel. Clean, friendly, efficient. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The staff even helped me get a car to the airport after we missed the shuttle. One minor suggestion though is that the hotel could provide the option of letting the guests use the luggage cart themselves instead of always having a staff to help. In our case we had to wait for the staff to come over to pick up our luggage when checking out and given how tight our time was we missed the shuttle. "

"This was an ex cellent choice for a hotel close to the airport. It had an airport shuttle and an MTR shuttle. "
