No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. It came to my attention as I was looking for a self-catering apartment for a family of four that had parking, within walking distance of Florence’s many sights.
