"Clean, gets loud at night sometimes Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. "Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet...

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
