"Room Was spacious and comfortable. Good sized bath as well with both a shower and a tub. Great laundry facilities with multiple large washers and dryers available. Pool was nice. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant on site was nice."

LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
"Very nice hotel, location was good and rook very nice but aircon poor. Room was 23 degrees and took 8 hours to cool to 22 degrees. We had same issue in another Lotte hotel which suggests it is deliberate control by hotel. We stopped at two other hotel chai s and both had great working aircon."
