"Excellent location, beautiful hotel. Would stay here again"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant with amazing and assorted choices of food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room service menu is vast and really delicious."

"Staying in gangnam is Aloft is a great place to stay if you don’t have much luggage, the airport limo stop is opposite the hotel but is a wee walk to actually get to a crossing point. The bathroom has partially opaque glass walls so others in the room can see through. Also the entry way has sensor lights so if you use the bathroom in the night it’ll light up the place like a Christmas tree. The curtains are not black out."

The staff were all professional & very friendly! Just beware if you book a room with 2 beds, that the window is very small & it looks at the wall of the Four Points Sheraton next door. Slight downside for food was the restaurant next door, for our breakfasts (we paid to have breakfasts included). The place opened only at 9:30am,...

"super nice staff, nice area and convenient"

"Rooms can get very noisy, hence the earplugs on the desk. Some maintenance issues with electric window blinds."

"Zimmer sehr klein aber sauber"
