"Ronaldo who worked breakfast. He was funny, kept his cool with it being way way crowded. Was happy and professional. He made the trip worth it. Upon check in we didn't get our goodie bag. Had to call back and ask for. Then we just got 2 waters and no snack for 4 people in the room. "

"Very clean, lovely staff. Can be a bit loud at night because it’s in the middle of downtown but it’s a great location for exploring. Rooms are super spacious!"

"Ms. Sietta really help me. I got to my hotel to early and she tired to get me in my room ASAP but I had to wait like almost an hours. I understand the situation. She did get me a room when it was ready and her customer service was on points. I would come back again to stay longer. "
