Location very good , 5 mins from Sao Bento train station with plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast ,very quiet too considering location . Check in made very easy and reception contacted us to confirm when we would be arriving . Could be awkward to find the rooms but on checking in we were shown photos and they added it to our google maps on phones which took us straight there . Very good value ,would saty again and happy...

"Beautiful studio that was immaculate. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. After wandering around the city, it's nice to come back, open the doors, and let the breeze in. Privacy drapes are excellent. The host Marcus is very communicative about getting into the property."

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"Very difficult to find, Orbitz phone number wrong and not staffed 24 hours. Impossible to park without a garage and good luck finding the garage. Street it is on has a couple of "clubs" not a place for kids."

"Spacious two story apartment/room with excellent service. Breakfast was an added benefit with lots of selection. They even gave you a cell phone to use for maps and recommendations while out in the town. Very close to everything. "

"Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done. I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me. Great place to stay other than this issue. "
