"Parking was an issue on the weekend we were there. Narrow drive up and very small lot. Very cute house and front porch. But being up on the third floor was not great for old folks. Maybe good to highlight # of rooms on each floor? Coffee bar in the AM was nice. Breakfast good the AM we went, but at $20PP we only went once. Easier to grab while out which we were a lot. Cute downtown on Mission too."

"nice location near bars and restaurants"

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...

"The room was very small & comforters werent good."

"The homeowner canceled on me the day the trip was to begin. Please provide my refund asap"

"This 3 start tourist class hotel has been around for a long time and is in a prime location in Monterey Park. It is in walking distance to many Chinese/Asian eateries. Plenty of indoor parking but now charge $7 a day. Front desk staff is friendly & efficient. The lobby is quite large. The 2nd floor has multiple conference rooms for big events !!!! My room in the 7 floor is recently refurbished except for the bathroom. Relatively clean & comfortable. AC noise from the 2 floor conference center...

"Our stay was very nice. The location was convenient to the convention center and the property was clean and safe. Breakfast had good options and was very convenient. The room was great; clean and comfortable. My only wish is that the fitness center was available earlier as the hour of 9am–9pm are when we were out to the conference. Overall a great place. Would stay here again."

"Excelente"

"The location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"It's really clean. It has pretty much everything they can use to improvements on the sofa bed mattress, but overall everything was perfect"

"The Place smelled, the bath tube was broken and filled while taking a shower. Nobody cleaned the room or offered to clean it and I stayed two nights. The floor was sticky and the tv didn’t work. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed."

"Great place to stay. Five of us stayed in a room and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Staff is super sweet and helpful. The only part is parking may be limited if it’s a super busy weekend , they do have parking down a little alley and it doesn’t feel too"
