"It didnt get off to a good start when we were told there was a £10 parking fee for the hotel car park.When I read parking was available at the hotel, there was no mention of any charge. This is not acceptable. The breakfast and evening meal were delitious..The waitress was very polite and helpful.The young barman however was more interested in his phone and reluctant to help her.The room very nice and has been recently refurbished.The sea view was exceptional. "Staff was not friendly and offered no explanations regarding breakfast or which rooms on the main floor were open for guest use. Since it is INCREDIBLY difficult to get to and there’s no towns nearby, we had no options but to eat dinner there. The food was good but this definitely brought up our overall costs. Our stay was okay but given that it was by far our most expensive stay of our Scotland trip, I can’t say I’d recommend it. P "
