"Shuttle gut, Lage gut direkt bei der Mall"

"The staff was kind, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. I was traveling with a friend and we were able to get a room with 2 Queen beds. I also liked that I was able to catch a shuttle to and from the airport for free. However, when I tried to check out, no one was at the front desk. "Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Our stay was great! The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and the price was fair. Would stay here again. Thank you!"
