There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it Negatives ... The hallways were hot and uncomfortable (although the room temp was fine). The room was not well soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings (and being right next to the elevator added to that). The shower took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature - we actually thought there was no hot water at first, but it did warm up part of the way through the shower. Overall, it was a good place and I'd stay there again. I would just ask to be put in a room farther from the elevator."
