"What an amazing stay! Julie deserves a raise- she is incredible at her job, and she made us feel extremely special and welcomed! We came for my 40th birthday celebration, and it was truly memorable. They even have gluten free options in the restaurant and cafe. The staff is also knowledgeable on cross-contamination, which I find is rare when traveling, and it was truly appreciated. The only thing I would change is the fact that our room was only tidied once during our 4-night stay, even when we called down to ask someone to come up. Otherwise, a completely memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Great staff and property in good condition. Bar open from 5pm serves a limited food menu. Prices ok. Not MUCH around the hotel but it’s walkable to Downtown"

"We were on a girls weekend. The lobby bar was quiet and they encouraged us to play our domino game at two of the tables. We had a grand time. Everyone kept coming over to see who was winning and what the score was. We had a really good time and will stay again. Austin Police Department was having a gathering there as well so we felt well protected - not that made a real difference."

"This was our second stay at this hotel—our first visit was back in 2018. We had another great experience! The breakfast was enjoyable, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop pool area, especially refreshing in the heat of June. The hotel met all our needs and offered a great space to relax. Although there’s construction happening throughout downtown, it didn’t affect our stay at all—we didn’t hear any noise from our room or the pool area. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"
