"Thank you, Sonja and Ray, for sharing your home. The spaces, indoor and outside, are beautiful and easily accommodated our six adults.The area is a bit remote, but we took advantage of Sonja's excellent grocery shopping service, spent time at Saunder's beach, and took the jitney or Cheryl's taxi when we needed something more time or place specific. We did not have a car and found that very manageable. The local Shell station had a few items, such as bottled water and ice cream, when we needed it.Highly recommend Ardastra Gardens and Clifton Heritage Park Snorkel tour, and of course, Saunders Beach!"

"Seaduction was perfect for our bachelor party group. Great location, beautiful and safe property. Sonal was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, and the housekeeper who checked us in and out was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed with four couples and this house was the ideal setting to enjoy all that Nassau has to offer. We each had our own space, and the communal areas offered plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. The house is beautiful and while it is slightly tricky (just one big step), access to the beach was really nice if you want to hang out for the day. We hired a private chef (Chef Sherman for the win!) to stock the house, give us a welcome celebration and do a full day of meals one day. Excellent food and so nice to not have to go out. We did have a plumbing issue, but the communication and response time was incredible. Cornelia is on top of every need and goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with your stay.FYI - The pool is not heated and doesn't get full sun all day, so we couldn't use it much in March, sadly. They do offer cleaning service midweek. Super affordable and they'll restock toilet paper! We made a lot of great memories in that house. Highly recommend! A couple of tips for Nassau--find a taxi driver you trust and work with them directly after the first ride if you can as prices can be all over the place (ask for Isaah or Matthew - both five star, honest drivers with Road Runner service). Go to Blue Sail for lunch - great service,, cool outdoor bar and access to the loungers above the beach. Visit Love Beach - uncrowded and beautiful (Nirvana Beach Club entrance is 5, chair rentals are 7 and beers are cheap.) And bring plenty of cash! "

"Beautiful property with 5 bedrooms that accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 kids and 1 baby. Gary accomodated my request for a blow up mattress for the kids to sleep in the living room which was so very nice of him. There were 2 bassinets in the master's but we had brought out own.The courtyard with the pool is gorgeous but the water was freezing during March. Saunders beach is a close walk across the way and through the bushes and across the street.One side of the house has 3 bedrooms and the main living and kitchen on the second story. We mainlyv gathered here for dinner but it's a tight fit for 12 around the table. The other side of the courtyard had 2 bedrooms, small living and kitchen. We had plant of trash bags and toilet paper. Also had condiments left in fridge and cabinets. Coffee bar was stocked. He has pool towels and floaties. My sister used the yoga mat for morning stretches. Overall it was a great stay for our family!"

He readily provided assistance with medical concerns, transportation arrangements, and any other necessary support. We were never without his assistance, and he was always available to respond to our requests as quick as he could. His efforts significantly reduced the potential stress associated with our trip. The place was perfect, just as shown in the pictures, and made our 10-day stay even more enjoyable. "
