Randor Hotel Sapporo Heritage

"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Convenient bus from airport dropped me off right in front of the hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel shuttle to Tokyo Station made getting to central Sapporo a breeze."

"It was a very nice hotel in the heart of everything Easy to get around The food needs to be looked at as the evening menu was sparse in both quantities and selection The special should be cancelled if a decent size appetizer and glass of wine could not be served for the price I would have gladly paid more and had a nice snack size"

"The hotel is overall well managed and kept. Great location in a pretty and peaceful setting. A bit far from shopping district but only 15 mins walk. The only complaint is the Japanese style breakfast on 11F is a bit slow and the service is not as good."

"우선 이번 여행은 약 20년 만에 다시 방문한 삿포로였습니다. 이번 여행은 부부 여행으로 모든 것을 제가 인터넷을 통해 하나부터 열 가지를 정했습니다. 'Hotel Emion Sapporo'도 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 보기에 깨끗해서 인터넷으로 예약했었습니다. 2박 3일 동안 정말 깨끗한 시설에서, 게다가 청소까지 너무 잘해주어서 상 쾌하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 대욕장도 편리했고, 편의 시설인 세탁기도 사용하기 쉽게 관리되고 있어 좋았습니다. 조금 안 좋았던 것은 아침식사가 너무 맛 있어, 제 양보다 많이 먹게 되었고 몸무게가 1.3kg 정도 늘었다는 것입니다. 아무튼 집 사람과 둘이 행복하게 삿포로를 즐길 수 있는 기반이 되어준 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 방문할 기회가 온다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다."

"Excellent ambience. Great location! Central building let's you wear hotel wear to onsen. South side, have to wear regular clothes to onsen."
