"Above average in most categories. We loved our stay at Bernini. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received surprise champagne for my fiancés birthday free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only negative for me was the lack of space for luggage as there was nowhere to unpack or keep the suitcases out of the way. The view was great and the window let in a lot of natural light. We would 100% stay here again should we come to Florence in the future! "

Excellent location on a nice quiet street to walk to everything in the city center, including the main sites, museums, restaurants, etc. Rami and Tamera were outstanding "hosts" and went out of their way to make my stay perfect, as I'm sure they do for every guest. Great attention to details -- from the room amenities to the very good breakfast (which was continually refreshed so you never have to wait for anything). Very clean & comfortable single room with a nice shower. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"

"The hotel is right by the train station. The place was modern and clean. Checking in was easy and very polite, the bar staff rooming cleaning members were very nice. Decent size room and bathroom, the bathroom at times had a very weird odor. Overall really central location and nice stay. We would stay there again."

Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside.
