"Excellent service! Staff is very welcoming, professional and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely worth it- 12 euros/person (fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, croissants, eggs and bacon, all kinds of coffee beverages freshly made, included with buffet. Great central location- you can see the Duomo! Also, less than 5 minute walk to Accademia (Statue of David). Ponte vecchio bridge is approximately 10 min walk. Relatively easy to catch a taxi- within a five minute walk of square, simply hail a cab....

"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was).
