"We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend...

"This is a gem in busy Florence. Situated so central, in the middle of all, yet not too busy. The staff is cozy and not an automatic pilot reception but genuine service that enjoy their work. We chose the Junior suite, which was such a spacious room having high ceilings and a (sleeping) couch to sit on. "Mr. Dario was extremely accommodating. He was so kind and hospitable towards me and my group. He took the time to really make sure we knew the city well with great recommendations. He was kind enough to ensure we had enough water, offered to book us a taxi, and let us leave our luggage with him after check out so we can explore more. The room itself was nice and it is in great walking distance towards iconic sights. If I ever came back to Florence I would certainly re-book a stay at Guest House...

"Easy walk to shops and historic sites. Bit of a climb up to the desk/rooms but the staff was ever so helpful getting luggage up. Double lock entry made us feel safe. Very busy street—loud-/but OMG, when you close the window, it was sooooo quiet!! Not recommended for older or disabled as stairs may be a big challenge. But room was lovely, staff was kind and breakfast was a treat."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay. Everyone was welcoming and attended to our every need. Beautiful garden/courtyard. Expansive breakfast buffet. Delicious food for all 3 meals and desserts. Easy to walk everywhere. Safe area with easy transportation options. Access to shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing tours. Small but very adequate gym with beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa services. Will be back!! "
