"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Schlatter B&B. I was looking for a place to stay that was not in a touristy area and offered something unique. "Rosy was an incredibly helpful, informative and generous host to a lovely 2 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms, kitchen , washing machine(!) and a terrace with a view of the duomo! A welcome bottle of wine, along with a large array of tips, suggestions and a great Florentine education. Yes, the stairs are part of the package but you can work off the gelato👍. Far enough away from the center to make for a quiet spot without the crowds. Air conditioned and comfortable. A really great spot!"

"I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
